Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Aetherioraé, we want you to truly love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a fair and supportive returns process to help make it right.

 

 

 

Jewellery & Accessories

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible jewellery and accessories within 14 days of delivery, please contact teamaetheriorae@gmail.com, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, in original condition and packaging

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Return postage is covered by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.

 

 

 

 

K-pop Inspired Clothing & Accessories

Our made-to-order clothing and tech accessories are specially crafted for you. As these items are created on request, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect

If you encounter any issues with these items, please contact teamaetheriorae@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly.

  • Sale or discounted items

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email teamaetheriorae@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for return

  • Supporting photos, if applicable

Once approved, we’ll send through the return instructions and address details.
